Secondary maintenance of two-color injection molding machine

Equipment cleaning: The appearance, control unit, and control panel are clean, tidy, and undamaged. The air filter is dust-free and undamaged.

Locking unit: Lubricate the bearing seat of the moving template guide rail with grease. Add lubricating grease to the connection head of the ejector plate for lubrication.

Injection unit: Add lubricating grease to the guide rail bearings of the injection unit for lubrication. Lubricate the screw drive lubrication point with grease. Lubricate the bearings of the injection unit guide rail module with grease. Lubricate the bearing seat of the mobile unit guide rail module with grease.

Rotary table: Add lubricating grease to the support block for lubrication. Add lubricating grease to the lubrication point of the slider for lubrication. Check the status of the lubricant conveyor, the red LED flashing indicates that the lubricant container is empty (the lubricant conveyor has a replacement cycle of 12 months), and check the thickness of the support block slider (minimum size is 4.7mm).

Hydraulic oil pipe: No damage to the steel wire layer, no bulges, no deformation, no peeling, no oil leakage. The oil pipe has no deformation or operation of the joints during its service life (6 years).

Oil pipe safety lock: fixed without looseness.

Pressure gauge: The connector has no oil leakage, and the gauge pressure value is consistent with the set pressure value of the equipment during operation.

Oil temperature control: The operating oil temperature of the equipment is between 25 ℃ and 50 ℃.

The oil cooler has been cleaned and there is no obvious blockage caused by pollutants.

Oil filter: In normal working condition, the red round button pops up and the filter needs to be replaced.

Cooling water system: keep the flow controller, feeding port cooling valve, and cooling water filter clean and tidy.
